As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact the way hospitals and health-systems approach daily activities, many institutions are looking to move pharmacy order verification responsibilities to remote locations. Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire built and managed a remote pharmacy team prior to the pandemic and has been able to leverage this experience to maintain their pharmacy operations during these challenging times.
