Through a series of podcasts, we will discuss the current state of Specialty Pharmacy during the COVID-19 pandemic and how specialty pharmacy practice has changed. During this podcast, we will discuss on-site and remote staffing models, rotating staff, and other staffing considerations during and beyond the pandemic.

In June 2020, a new consensus guideline was published in the American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy that changed therapeutic drug monitoring recommendations for vancomycin from troughs to AUC. This change has created significant controversy across the nation. Today, we are hoping to settle some of these controversies.
